Syntax: LTQUERY [ 0 | 1 | 2 ]
(default: 0)
0: no lifetime query
1: lifetime query only for bulletin mails
2: lifetime query for bulletin and personal mails
If LTQUERY is set to 1 or 2, lifetime must be added when sending mails.
If no lifetime is included with SEND command, lifetime is asked. If LTQUERY
is set to 0, the query is disabled.
